This is a building in my neighborhood that carries the title, "Queen's Oro." I wonder if there is a letter or two missing (Davin suggests, "Queenboro"). I prefer to imagine that it is really meant to mean, "Queen's Gold." The building was inhabited about 10 years ago but is completely boarded up now. A room was set on fire in 1998 and four people died.
There has been a build-up of pigeon shit on that stoop for as long as I can remember. The pigeons (real name 'rock dove') hang out in rows on the roof and around the side.
